At M365 Connect, I designed and deployed an LLM-powered onboarding agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio. I also implemented RAG pipelines that draw on organizational knowledge bases to provide contextual information.

At Kenya Institute of Mass Communication, Nairobi, I developed the institution's Library Management System and supported implementation of an online learning Moodle platform. My work also included database administration and ICT support.

At Laboratory and Allied, I analyzed inventory data in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, creating dashboards and reports to support stock-management and procurement decisions. I'm currently pursuing an MSc in Data Science at The Cooperative University of Kenya.
