In my current and previous roles at Nedbank, I interpret and respond to stakeholder enquiries for data and analysis, extract the information needed, and present it in the most useful format. I analyze data for Year End, Quarterly and Board Packs, support audits, and create and monitor a product matrix for the Retail Division to drive performance.

I combine business analysis with client-focused selling: I deliver daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, obtain referrals, market financial products by matching client needs to the right offering, and resolve client queries through correct procedures while keeping clients informed.
