What I'm looking for
I’m a Key Accounts Supervisor focused on building long-term client relationships, resolving complaints, and driving results through clear reporting and collaboration across internal teams.
In my current role, I act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, supervise the account team, and develop customized solutions based on clients’ needs. I negotiate contracts, manage deadlines, and support end-to-end delivery through quotations, invoicing, logistics (collections and deliveries), and physical dispatch/receiving.
Earlier, I built a strong commercial foundation as a Sales Representative, where I maintained client relationships, grew my clientele base, and conducted surveys to understand product needs. Before that, I gained operational and documentation discipline through warehouse and inventory work, including receiving/dispatching stock, stock controlling, FIFO expiry monitoring, invoicing, claims/credits, and monthly stock take reporting.
I’m also continuing my education with a BCOM, and I bring office administration experience from a short Legal Advisor Assistant program (minutes writing, evaluating complaints, and document handling). I’m self-driven, reliable, and computer literate—committed to efficient execution and continuous improvement.
