I’m a dedicated, customer-focused professional with over six years of experience in retail management, sales, and cashier operations. I’m known for managing daily store operations while maintaining high standards of client support and professionalism.

In my current role, I supervise sales activities, process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently. I also monitor inventory levels, keep the sales floor organized, and ensure accurate recordkeeping for day-to-day operations.

I bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, including being fluent in five languages. I’m also proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office, and I enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with a team—especially in remote environments.
