I'm currently supporting Oxygen X Finance Company Limited, a subsidiary of Access Holdings, through loan collections and telesales. I communicate loan balances, repayment terms, interest, penalties, and product benefits clearly while handling customer objections professionally.
I've also promoted consumer products through field activations for brands including MTN, Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Honeywell, International Breweries, and Nigerian Breweries. My experience includes customer engagement, persuasion, relationship building, and encouraging repeat loan-product usage.
During my NYSC service, I taught Biology and Basic Science at Universal College and mentored students in public speaking and debate competitions. I also led sanitation drives and managed communications as Secretary of the Environmental Protection CDS Group.
