At Engineering Software Lab d.o.o, I’m leading a service-by-service performance review after a Spring Boot 3 migration. I introduced performance baselines with JavaMelody, JMeter, and Jaeger, and identified bottlenecks including N+1 queries and costly MapStruct usage.
On the HR Portal modernization, I implemented a reusable legacy-first integration pattern with compensating actions and partnered with the Solutions Architect on Flowable-based approval workflows. I also established integration testing practices with JUnit 5 and Mockito.
I contributed to migrating more than 30 healthcare microservices from JDK 8 to JDK 17 and Spring Boot 2.x to 3.x. Earlier, I developed initial backend services for a multi-tenant healthcare platform on AWS and configured its Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
At United Cloud d.o.o, I developed backend metadata services for the EON TV platform and built a Spring WebFlux proxy for data from external sports providers. At Orion Innovation, I worked on Avaya Oceana, fixing session lifecycle issues and implementing an SSO solution with Spring Security.
