I’m an HR Operations professional with 5+ years of experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, compliance management, and workforce administration in multinational telecom environments. I’m known for keeping HR systems audit-ready while coordinating cross-functional work across time zones.
In my current role as an HR Operations & Administration Coordinator at Nokia Solutions and Networks, I coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires—system access, documentation, and orientation logistics—to improve onboarding efficiency and consistency. I also maintain accurate HRIS records that support workforce tracking, reporting, and personnel planning across departments.
