What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support role where I can troubleshoot user, hardware, software, network, and server issues while taking on new technical challenges and going beyond the job description.

I'm currently supporting technology needs across two elementary schools and one middle school at Addison School District 4, managing networks, firewalls, switches, workstation imaging, and staff training.

At Dental Technology Services, I provided fully remote Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for dental offices, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking, authentication, email, printers, imaging devices, and healthcare software. I document recurring issues, provide workarounds, and recommend preventive solutions to reduce downtime.

I've also served as the sole IT employee at DNA Beauty Supply and supported clients at Pulse Technology, R&R Consulting, and Electro Rent. My background includes deploying computers, servers, phones, POS systems, firewalls, and infrastructure; repairing hardware; supporting users remotely; and onboarding and training technicians and staff.
