Currently, I am working as a B2B Sales Manager. My responsibilities include finding clients, maintaining relationships, and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn.

As a Sales Manager, I was responsible for meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team. I also oversaw the activities and performances of the sales team, providing ongoing training and development through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

In my role as a Moving Consultant, I prepared surveys and estimates for interested clients and contacted new clients via phone, email, and text. I was responsible for reaching agreed-upon monthly targets, answering customer inquiries, and ensuring the maintenance of effective relationships with clients.

In my role as a Server/Bartender, I provided excellent customer service and prepared beverages for guests. I also served as a member of the Ramada Ottawa Joint Health and Safety Committee, contributing to workplace safety initiatives.

As a Supervisor, I oversaw daily operations, managed staff, and ensured customer satisfaction. I was responsible for opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.

As a Server/Bartender, I was responsible for serving customers and preparing drinks. I also held the position of Head Staff Trainer and Shift Leader, overseeing staff training and managing shifts.

Completed a comprehensive diploma program in Hospitality - Tourism and Travel. Gained expertise in various aspects of the hospitality industry, including customer service, event management, and tourism operations.
