Bilel D User
@bilelduser
I ship AI, SaaS and EdTech products from strategy to delivery across regulated and remote GCC environments.
FranceWhat I'm looking for
At Euronext, I led the group’s first AI-powered application from discovery through delivery and owned a five-product portfolio supporting listing workflows across European markets. Previously, I owned Naseej’s bilingual Arabic/English no-code platform, adopted by 30 universities across the GCC, while leading delivery fully remotely on Saudi working hours. I also co-founded 9rayti, whose three study apps reached 1M+ users, and bring an engineering background to product discovery, roadmap decisions, and data-informed iteration.
