What I'm looking for

I want to transition my analytical skills into a Data Analyst role where I can build dashboards, clean and visualize data, and use operational insight to optimize processes and deliver critical business insights for growth.

I’m an aspiring Data Analyst with a solid foundation in operations, logistics, and business development. I recently earned the IBM Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Professional Certificate (Coursera) and I’m focused on turning data into actionable decisions through strong BI fundamentals and data storytelling.

In my current role as an Operations & Dispatch Coordinator, I manage complex logistics for a diverse fleet by analyzing daily booking data to improve resource allocation and fleet efficiency. I also serve as the primary communication hub for real-time operational issue resolution—skills I’m excited to apply to analytics work with a clear focus on accuracy, efficiency, and measurable impact.
