I've spent the last several years running operations for a logistics fleet — coordinating 20+ drivers, handling 700+ bookings a week across NHS, school, and airport contracts. It's a job built on real-time decisions: reallocating resources when something falls through, prioritizing what absolutely can't slip, and keeping a complex operation running smoothly day to day.

Over time I realized the part of that work I actually enjoyed most was making sense of the numbers behind it — spotting where resources were being wasted, where delays kept repeating, what the booking data was actually telling us. That pushed me to complete the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate, picking up Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and IBM Cognos along the way, and later a FinTech specialization to broaden how I think about industries built around data and regulation.

I'm now looking to move into a Business or Operations Analyst role — somewhere that values someone who's actually run an operation, not just studied one, and wants to apply that same real-world judgment to reporting, process improvement, and decision-making backed by data.

Outside of work, I'm into sports and have been slowly building out data projects in that space, which is where a lot of my analysis practice happens these days.
