What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a multilingual health-interpreter role where I can protect confidentiality, communicate clearly with patients, and support smooth consultations—while also applying my strong customer care and problem-solving experience.

I’m a multilingual professional with experience as a Health Interpreter, Sales Agent, and Waitress. I bring strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills, staying adaptable and detail-oriented in fast-paced environments.

As a Waitress / customer care at UMUT RESTAURANT, I maximised customer satisfaction by resolving service issues promptly. I handled customer service enquiries quickly and accurately, managed customer account inquiries, and provided after-sales information to ensure full support.
