What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can combine IT support and web development—troubleshoot quickly, maintain systems with clear documentation, and build reliable, responsive web solutions. I want a team that values continuous learning and collaboration.

I’m an Information Technology graduate and hands-on IT support and web development assistant with a strong track record delivering first-line helpdesk support, maintaining infrastructure, and developing web applications. At NIMA Logistics, I resolved hardware, software, and connectivity issues, supported website development and updates, and helped reduce downtime by troubleshooting hosting, domain, and business email problems.

I’m also experienced through my IT attachment at the National Housing Corporation (NHC), where I provided first-level helpdesk support, supported system installations and upgrades, and contributed to maintaining and updating organisational databases. I bring strong analytical problem-solving, clear documentation practices, and a continuous learning mindset—while working across teams to ensure dependable, user-focused IT solutions.
