At Snapmint Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., I work in the Founder’s Office on business and operations strategy as an Associate Product Manager. I implemented merchant auto-capture workflows, translating fulfillment gaps into system requirements and reducing order fulfillment TAT breaches by ~10 pp over 3 months.
I designed self-serve workflows for three high-frequency issues and redefined IVR decision logic for key resolution flows. These changes reduced escalation volume by ~3 pp and calls per order by ~14 pp.
I also defined an RBI-compliant EMI date-change system and converted merchant SLAs and penalty benchmarks into system-enforced rules. The changes target reductions in requests and delivery escalations.
Before Snapmint, I worked on product, strategy, and marketplace projects, including an MVP with EdTex and SEO and bid-strategy optimization for Soulflower Ltd. I hold an MBA in Strategy & Operations from IIM Lucknow, where I was a national winner of Reliance TUP Season X.
