I use Salesforce, iActive, and Xceed AI for sales reporting, call planning, HCP engagement, and customer coverage tracking. I also execute eCME and pediatrician-connect initiatives and analyse sales and prescription indicators.

At Skolar EdTech, I engaged prospective students and parents, nurtured leads through the sales funnel, and worked toward assigned targets. I also conducted market research and collaborated with the marketing team on promotional communication and customer-facing activities.
