What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Business Development or Sales role.

At Effortech, I was a primary point of contact for banking clients and business users, understanding their requirements and following issues through to resolution.

I coordinated with technical and business teams to resolve client concerns within SLA timelines, while maintaining interaction records in Excel and CRM/ticketing systems. I also prepared and explained process documentation and SOPs.

As an Operational Analyst Intern at Jaiprakash Associates Limited, I analysed operational data in MS Excel and prepared reports to support business planning. I’m currently pursuing an MBA in IT & Business Analytics and seeking a Business Development or Sales role.
