I’m a QA Analyst and QA Lead with 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end QA across complex, hardware-and-software integrated environments. I build test strategies, define strong coverage, and ensure high-quality delivery through SIT and UAT.

At Puget Sound Energy, I led the “Materials Tracking and Traceability” effort, validating digital construction solutions across mobile and web applications integrated with hardware like scanners, GPS devices, and tablets. I coordinated cross-functional teams, created comprehensive test plans, and managed requirements, test cases, and defects in HP ALM and qTest while partnering closely with developers to resolve issues.

At Microsoft, I supported the SAP Supply Chain Test Team on initiatives spanning sales and customer purchasing through contract manufacturing, plus repair/exchange and retail returns. I worked with SAP MM/SD/related components and tested complex business flows (including inbound/outbound IDOCs, interfaces, user exits, and BAPIs), along with regression, security testing, and daily triage to keep delivery on track.

I thrive in Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall settings and bring a strong foundation in SAP modules and GIS systems (Smallworld, ESRI). With experience across tools like HP ALM, qTest, VSTS, Worksoft, and Tosca, I focus on clear stakeholder communication, actionable test metrics, and disciplined execution from planning to exit reports.
