What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a branch banking/wealth management role where I can deepen client relationships, analyze portfolios, grow CASA and investment business through referrals, and keep improving my technical skills and knowledge through real experience.

I’m a Deputy Manager in branch banking at AXIS BANK, with experience across Swej Farm Branch and the Civil Lines Branch. I joined as an Assistant Manager (Branch Relationship Officer) in September 21 as a fresher in branch banking, and I’ve progressed to Deputy Manager in March 24.

My work centers on fostering and managing client relationships, allocating client accounts based on investment objectives, and reviewing portfolios to present daily wealth plans of action. I resolve client product/service problems, manage a portfolio of 250+ clients across Retail to Ultra HNI (and a few NRI), and support wealth creation through need-gap analysis, financial instrument recommendations, and risk-return grade presentations—while also generating leads through referrals and mentoring new joiners.
