I’m a results-driven banking professional with 5+ years of progressive experience in retail lending, asset management, and HNI client relationship management. I’ve built a reputation for exceeding targets by combining credit operations discipline with strategic client engagement and consistent cross-selling across premier financial institutions.

In my current role as an Asset Desk Manager, I manage comprehensive lending portfolio and oversee loan approval and processing, while driving cross-selling of asset products to maximize both revenue generation and customer value. Previously at Axis Bank, I led and mentored a 12-member team to achieve departmental targets, implemented cross-selling strategies to increase asset penetration, and strengthened portfolio compliance by minimizing credit risk through effective monitoring and follow-up—skills I also applied as an HDFC Bank Relationship Manager across investments, insurance, and loans.
