I’m an Engineering & Operations Head with almost 20 years of work experience, combining deep IT operations leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset. Since 05/2025, I’ve owned end-to-end operations—building processes from scratch and ensuring smooth delivery across cloud and production-style workflows.

In my current and recent roles as Managed Operations Head, I’ve been responsible for deliveries across Cloud Operations, Security Operations, and Managed Endpoints, following strict ITIL practices. I lead incident and problem management, drive change management, automate reporting for cost control, and build teams (over 10 people) across multiple areas to keep service outcomes aligned to customer satisfaction.

Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (09/2006 – 07/2023), I served as IT Operations Manager, utilizing technical and business ownership to secure site uptime of 100%, manage billing and operational workflows in TallyPrime, and convert on-ground leads into business. I also built operational capability at scale—shaping 24x7 operations, establishing a dedicated Security Operations Center, collaborating for major events like 3 FIFA and 2 EURO Cups with zero downtime, and strengthening customer trust through audits and consulting while handling compliance expectations.
