I'm a B.Tech Food Processing & Technology student exploring how AI can improve food systems. During my internship in DS Group's Confectionery Manufacturing Division, I gained hands-on exposure to chewing gum production, quality assurance, GMP, food safety, packaging, inspection, and plant operations.
I designed a conceptual AI-powered chewing gum rework system using computer vision, servo automation, and AI inspection to reduce manual work and improve productivity. I'm building toward bridging food technology with intelligent production systems, automation, and data-based decision-making.
