I'm improving packaged drinking water and sparkling beverage quality at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where I trace market issues to root causes and reinforce food safety management systems.
I reduced KW line rejection from 0.57% to 0.43% YTD by optimizing nitrogen pressure levels. I also maintain yields and statistical process control while troubleshooting line controls to meet KORE and FSSAI standards.
During my graduate engineering traineeship, I completed cross-functional stints and used DMAIC to reduce miscellaneous consumables consumption from 0.005 kg/case toward the 0.002 kg/case standard. I collaborated with Quality Assurance to improve GMP scores.
My M.Sc. Food Technology work included developing honey powder through foam-mat drying and prototyping omega-3-enriched ice cream. I’m looking to bring my quality and process-improvement experience into R&D, NPD, and product development.
