What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level role in QC or food safety where I can apply GMP/HACCP knowledge, develop product-quality skills, and contribute to safer, natural-preservation solutions.

I am a B.Tech Food Technology student with hands-on industrial experience in beverage and baked-product manufacturing, quality assurance, and sanitation practices. I hold HACCP Level III and ISO 22000:2018 knowledge and have practical training in GMP and food safety regulations.

I have developed plant-based solutions and natural preservatives, including a plant-based yogurt enriched with omega-3s and bioactive extracts from spent tea waste used for food preservation. I collaborated with QA teams to perform product testing and ensure compliance with food-safety standards during on-site production.

I am highly motivated to build a career in Quality Control, Food Safety, and Food Processing, bringing strong experimental skills, regulatory awareness, and a commitment to improving product safety and shelf life through natural, science-backed approaches.
