I’m a quick learner with exposure to food production processes, quality control practices, and hygiene standards in a large-scale manufacturing environment. I’m grounded in GMP and food safety standards, and I bring strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a positive willingness to learn and grow.

Through my industrial internship at Bri tannia I ndustries Limited (Mundra), I gained hands-on experience supporting food manufacturing and quality checking within a disciplined, hygiene-focused setting. I learned how quality and safety expectations are applied in real production workflows.

My academic and project experience includes food analysis and basic laboratory work in food technology. I’ve practiced microbiology and aseptic techniques, and I’m familiar with food processing and preservation methods, plus quality control practices and food safety standards.

I also completed a research project on IoT (Internet of Things) based storage and respiration parameter monitoring of selected fruits. Overall, I’m ready to contribute to food safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement while building deeper technical expertise in the food industry.
