I’m a Senior Implementation Specialist with 8+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, specializing in Open Enrollment, Qualifying Life Events, and Carrier Connections through ADP Workforce Now.

I lead end-to-end implementation and administration of employee benefits programs, serving as the primary consultant for benefits administration, including system setup, enrollment workflows, deduction rules, and payroll integration. I partner with clients to configure benefit plans and develop enrollment strategies aligned with organizational requirements and compliance standards.

I’m trusted to manage complex system configuration changes and troubleshoot enrollment and calculation issues—investigating discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
