What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resource & Payroll Specialist focused on accurate HR and timely pay, managing payroll functions like calculating paychecks, overtime, and withholding taxes while ensuring compliance. I also strengthen payroll processes by tracking inputs, auditing eligibility, and refining the pay/bill workflow.
Most recently at Intelassist (July 2025–December 2025), I interacted directly with US-based employees and owned payroll and time sheeting tracking across 15 US store locations. I coordinated with field staff and internal teams to collect missing timesheets before payroll deadlines, processed payroll adjustments in the system, and audited onboarding forms for tax details, birthdate, and banking info.
Before that, I prepared and submitted payroll checks and maintained payroll records at Rizing HCM, including garnishment order processing and employee inquiry handling for payroll accuracy and compliance. Earlier roles at ADP Philippines included reconciling payroll tax reporting, monitoring quarterly tax filings, and communicating with taxing agencies—experiences that sharpened my compliance mindset, attention to detail, and service orientation.
