What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can own guest reception, maintain luxury service quality, and continue training others—ideally with independent shift responsibility, clear standards, and a team that values autonomy, reliability, and attention to detail.

I’m a Front Office Agent and Trainer focused on delivering smooth guest reception while keeping 4-star service quality in fast-paced, high-expectation hospitality environments. Since 2024, I’ve worked as Front Office Agent and Trainer at Hotel Vatel Switzerland for the École Hôtelière du Valais, supporting a dual professional/educational setting.

My day-to-day success comes from being able to operate independently on Front Office shifts and, at the same time, onboard and train hospitality students within a 7-day immersion. I take responsibility for all reception duties, ensuring hospitality standards are applied consistently while trainees learn through real on-site practice.

Before that, I built strong luxury foundations as a Front Office Agent at Hôtel Le Chalet d’Adrien (2022–2024), where I handled demanding concierge requests daily with precision and diplomacy. I also advanced through guest-facing leadership roles—Head Waiter (2021–2022) for up to 200 guests per service and Breakfast Manager (2020–2021) managing up to 80 covers and leading a small team—strengthening my autonomy, organizational skills, stock/inventory understanding, and attention to detail.
