What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer service opportunity where I can apply my customer service and communication skills, learn call center systems and procedures, and develop through training.

At Restaurant Manastiri, I welcomed customers, answered questions, responded to requests, and handled concerns calmly and professionally. I also managed multiple tasks during busy periods while working with colleagues to maintain service quality.

I'm a third-year Computer Science student at South East European University (SEEU), with PHP and Laravel coursework in progress. I'm fluent in English (C1), a native Albanian speaker, and interested in remote customer service opportunities.
