What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level or remote chat support/customer service role where I can assist customers, answer questions, and use strong written communication. I’m fast, reliable, and eager to learn new systems like CRM, Zendesk, and Intercom.

I’m a motivated undergraduate student in Agricultural Management, and I’m seeking an entry-level or remote chat support/customer service role. I’m known for being a fast learner, responsible, and eager to assist customers while growing professionally.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as a Personal Computer & Online worker by assisting individuals online—answering questions and providing guidance. I’ve used computers, messaging platforms, and digital tools for communication and research, and I improved my problem-solving and written communication by learning new systems independently.

I bring strong customer service & written communication, along with basic computer, internet & online research skills. I’m comfortable using messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, email), I manage time well, and I’m adaptable and flexible for remote work; I’m also open to learning new systems like CRM, Zendesk, and Intercom.
