Since 2007, I’ve provided independent, in-person and remote IT support to users, establishments, and businesses in Niterói and beyond. I investigate symptoms and follow issues through to resolution.
My support work includes diagnosing Windows, application, driver, startup, video, storage, connectivity, and peripheral problems. I also assemble, maintain, upgrade, format, and configure PCs and software.
When technically viable, I diagnose hardware by isolating components and repair electronic boards and switching power supplies. My hands-on work spans both user support and component-level troubleshooting.
In independent web and mobile projects, I use AI-assisted development to create sites, interfaces, and apps. Selected projects include an ordering app with payments and a backend/API, and a services marketplace with maps, chat, and administrative workflows.
