I’m a Technical Implementation Consultant with hands-on experience leading enterprise software deployments—driving end-to-end configuration, user adoption, and issue resolution across complex client environments. At BigHand, I led implementations for large law firms (500–1,000+ employees), translating complex business requirements into system configurations for senior finance stakeholders, and delivering base technical configuration within 2 months so user training could start one week early.
