I’m looking for a senior role where I can deliver secure, highly available collaboration and cloud systems—leading Cisco and Microsoft voice/collaboration modernization, automation with PowerShell/Python, and scalable integrations that improve uptime and operational efficiency.

I’m a results-driven enterprise systems engineer with 11+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud platforms, and SaaS solutions. In my current role, I manage enterprise collaboration, SaaS, and cloud platforms that support 10,000+ operations across 2,000+ global locations—focused on secure, scalable, and highly available technology that keeps operations running.

I lead global Cisco collaboration initiatives, modernize Cisco collaboration endpoints and A/V infrastructure, and manage firmware lifecycle upgrades and troubleshooting to improve performance and continuity. I also deliver and automate enterprise integrations—engineering APIs, system integrations, and data pipelines, administering Microsoft 365/Teams/SharePoint/Exchange and Active Directory, and supporting tools like Everbridge and IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus to strengthen reliability and incident readiness.
