I’m a results-driven IT Project Manager with a proven track record leading complex software, hardware, and infrastructure projects within secure Department of Defense environments. I manage the full project lifecycle—from initial requirements gathering and justification to execution, stakeholder management, and final delivery.

I successfully managed a portfolio of over 30 concurrent IT projects across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS networks. I authored and steered 50+ Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) memos, and implementation plans to secure approvals for mission-critical software including Command PE, Unity Industry, and Microsoft Visual Studio.

I standardize how work gets done: I developed a step-by-step acquisition lifecycle guide that reduced approval timelines, and I directed end-to-end procurement and installation of enterprise software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Tableau, and GIT. I also led facility-wide workstation inventory and readiness checks, resolving 50+ technical issues to support mission preparedness.

Risk and security are central to how I operate. I identified significant risks with Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) on production networks and authored governance policy adopted as a standard, while also resolving critical Visual Studio deployment failures and improving visibility through standardized SITREP reporting. I enjoy bridging technical teams, end-users, and executive leadership to unblock delivery—whether negotiating workstation reboot exemptions or coordinating secure troubleshooting through ServiceNow.
