Ben Reaney

At Enclave Apartments, I assist prospective residents with apartment tours and detailed property information. I manage leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person.

I prepare lease agreements and maintain tenant application and leasing records in line with company policies and regulations. I also research rental rates and neighborhood trends.

As a Server at Tipsy Turtle and Paddock, I handled customer orders and inquiries, monitored inventory, and used a POS system to manage orders and bills.

Earlier, I served at Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, where I processed transactions, supported timely food service, and helped train new team members. I hold a Quickbooks certification and degrees in Business Administration and Business.
