What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hospitality role where I can lead a shift, deliver fast and friendly service, and keep things organized—using my POS accuracy, food-safety mindset, and conflict-resolution skills to help guests feel cared for.

I’m a customer-first hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and turns everyday service into loyalty. From Subway and sushi service to national chain restaurants, I consistently greet guests warmly, learn menus quickly, and deliver dependable support.

My experience includes memorizing 50+ menu items and rotating specials to provide customized recommendations, as well as handling high-volume service (50–100 guests per shift). I’m especially strong with POS transactions—cash, credit, refunds, and returns—and I resolve issues quickly while following company guidelines.

Currently, I’m working as a Starbucks Barista/Shift Lead, using my beverage expertise to craft customized coffees and lattes for every patron. I also bring food-safety discipline from HACCP-focused seafood handling and TSST sanitation work, plus OSHA and Food Safety training, along with leadership and team coordination on every shift.
