I lead Maintenance Resources, Inc.'s national bid, pricing, estimating, and strategic pursuit function across 38 states. I guide opportunities from qualification and solution design through pricing, executive review, negotiation support, and operational handoff.
I screen more than 3,000 opportunities each year and develop 100 to 150 complete estimates and proposals representing more than $30 million in annual bid volume. Since 2020, my estimating, pricing, and commercial development work has supported approximately $8 million in awarded business.
Previously at American Facility Services Group, I authored the winning RFP and led the transition of a 408-location banking portfolio across seven states. More than 99% of locations launched on schedule, supported by coordinated staffing, supervision, client communication, and quality control.
I bring proposal discipline together with field operations, account management, P&L leadership, and a proprietary pricing and cost-modeling system refined over more than 10 years. My focus is creating commercially sound solutions that can be executed successfully after award.
