What I'm looking for

I'm looking to strengthen nonprofit or community-serving organizations through program implementation, governance, systems improvement, stakeholder partnerships, and practical tools that create measurable progress.

I'm building stronger governance, fundraising, and assistance systems at Cumberland Health Care Foundation, where I reduced fundraising costs by 50% through process improvement.

I support leadership and Board decision-making with analysis, reporting, policies, governance documents, and practical solutions for operational, financial, and governance risks. I also redesigned the Clara Bacon Bursary program to improve transparency, consistency, and equity.

At Food Depot Alimentaire, I coordinated national standards implementation across a province-wide network of 64 nonprofit food organizations. I translated complex requirements into practical tools, training, policies, and more than 300 pages of organized implementation documentation.

I've also coordinated operations for four Tantramar Seniors College branches serving more than 1,000 participants, redesigning registration and scheduling to reduce processing time from 40 hours to 2 hours per cycle.
