What I'm looking for

With Salal Foundation undertaking an orderly wind-down, I’m seeking an opportunity to bring my environmental-sector experience and broader executive leadership to an organization with a long-term mandate and meaningful opportunity for impact.

At Salal Foundation, I provide full operational accountability to the Board of an environmental regranting organization. I oversee grantmaking operations, partner stewardship, compliance, financial sustainability, and organizational performance across initiatives including climate action, Indigenous resilience, and forest and marine protection.

At the Capital Regional District, I led infrastructure, trail, and site-planning initiatives, worked with consultants on environmental and recreational studies, and coordinated public consultation. As Manager of the Regional Housing First Program, I led a $90 million intergovernmental investment partnership supporting the development and acquisition of 2,000 affordable housing units.

Across housing and public-sector roles, I’ve advised non-profit Boards and executive leaders on governance and operations, and stewarded housing programs and property portfolios. My work has included policy development, financial oversight, provider agreements, and community partnerships.
