@meganleduc
I lead healthcare innovation programs that turn evidence into system improvement.
What I'm looking for
At Nova Scotia Health Innovation Hub, I lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of seven concurrent innovation programs and special projects that advance system improvement across Nova Scotia Health.
I oversee grant disbursement, resource allocation, executive briefings, and cross-functional operations while building partnerships across government, academia, industry, and the private sector. My work combines market analysis and evidence-informed recommendations to support business development and innovation strategy.
Previously, as a Policy Consultant in Mental Health & Addictions at Nova Scotia Health, I conducted jurisdictional scans, comparative reviews, and gap analyses to inform policy development for complex populations. I helped develop resources including a Naloxone Administration Policy and a care pathway for adults with major depressive disorder.
I also led The Highlander Spa & Lounge from launch through expansion, delivering 45% business growth and a 98% client return rate while managing a 15-person team. I bring an equity-informed, patient-centered approach to program leadership, policy, operations, and health system transformation.
