I also played a key role in integrating acquired customer accounts into existing billing and debtors systems. I assisted with aligning billing structures and payment processes, while supporting continuity and data integrity during migrations.
At TRSS / TACTICAL REACTION SERVICES, I managed a team of 11 and a R40 million debtor book across multiple portfolios. I improved workflow and reporting structures to strengthen visibility and control over high-value debtor accounts.
Earlier, at TRACKER CONNECT, I supervised national credit control and collections, and at TELKOM SA I handled customer relations, queries, and escalations. My work has covered the full debtors lifecycle, from recurring billing and age analysis to dispute resolution and legal collections.
