Commercial strategy and analytics for a multi-brand apparel retailer in Uruguay and Argentina. Model landed cost and margin across sourcing routes in Argentina, Brazil and Asia; rebuilt the analysis when import restrictions hit the main route, and assess suppliers on-site in Buenos Aires. Built the supporting models and dashboards in SQL, Python and Power BI.

Commercial analysis and forecasting for two business units: cellulose and pine chemicals. Consolidated 50,000+ rows of forecasting files into a SQL and Power BI model, then used it to present pricing and margin analysis to the Director of Strategy and regional sales directors. Eliminated a multi-day monthly reconciliation and kept reporting accurate through the migration to Infor M3.

Compensation and benefits operations on the CEMEX France account, within a multi-country European outsourcing setup. Cut recurring reporting time by roughly half by standardizing compensation structures and automating workflows. Documented processes through a cross-border transition and aligned stakeholders in Germany, France and Spain on shared standards.

Customer and commercial analytics for a recurring-revenue business scaling from small to mid-sized. Built cohort and churn analysis by tenure and revenue contribution, and took a segmented retention strategy to the board. Replaced spreadsheets with structured reporting and KPIs, led the team through a CRM migration, and negotiated with US-based signal providers.
