I’m looking to bring my strategic perspective and analytical skills to a leading organization in Uruguay, supporting operational efficiency and data-based decision-making.

At PREZERO (Grupo Schwarz), I lead investment valuations and risk analysis across projects, acquisitions, and divestments. I directed the financial modeling for the refinancing and renewal of a €320M municipal services contract in Toledo, optimizing its capital structure and securing stable long-term cash flows.

At SABA APARCAMIENTOS, I evaluated international investment opportunities and played a fundamental role in the €240M acquisition of Grupo Indigo’s division in four European countries. I valued the business, coordinated the Data Room, and analyzed synergies.

Earlier, at EY (ERNST & YOUNG), I delivered buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory and advised on the sale of a pharmaceutical company valued at $180M USD.
