• Designed and implemented a centralized IT intake and initiative-governance process adopted across 11 directorates and 60+ stakeholders, then analyzed 170+ tracked issues to identify the main delivery bottleneck.

• Designed a Requirements Readiness Framework covering elicitation, specification templates, stakeholder approval gates, sprint-readiness criteria, change controls, and backlog prioritization.

• On an EV-charging product, created a data-driven regression-prioritization framework across 21 product areas using defect history, stakeholder input, and product-usage data.
