Guillermo Berrutti

I use data analysis, business metrics, and visualization to help turn information into strategic decisions. My portfolio projects explore risk intelligence, customer retention, people analytics, and inventory and operations analytics.

I work with SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to develop analyses and KPI dashboards. I’m continuing to strengthen my skills in business intelligence, exploratory analysis, and data storytelling.

As a census enumerator at INEI- Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática, I collected population data using computer tools and sent it to the central office. I’ve also worked as a Call Center Agent at Accesa, responding to customer complaints and resolving them during calls.
