At Colgate-Palmolive, I partner with 10 department leaders and support 140+ manufacturing employees across the full employee lifecycle. I delivered approximately 95 hires across 2024–2026, from high-volume operators to specialist, leadership, and managerial appointments.
I’ve led recruitment, compensation support, succession planning, organization design, learning programs, engagement action planning, and HR KPI dashboarding across Colgate-Palmolive, TK Elevator, International Flavors & Fragrances, and OPPO. I also serve as Africa & Eurasia Code of Conduct Champion, supporting implementation across 11 countries and approximately 2,956 employees.
I bring hands-on experience supporting blue- and white-collar manufacturing populations, regional HR operations, audits, payroll inputs, workforce planning, and cross-site onboarding improvements. I enjoy turning people data and operational needs into practical HR decisions.

Provided full-scope HR support to a geographically dispersed workforce of approximately 300-400 employees. Managed recruitment, payroll preparation, learning activities, and HR analytics.
Supported blue- and white-collar HR operations for the Türkiye manufacturing site and coordinated regional HR activities for UAE, Pakistan and Armenia. Led end-to-end recruitment and supported compensation and payroll processes.
