I’ve been the primary HR point of contact for corporate departments and business units at TRT - Turkish Radio and Television Corporation, supporting assigned brands TRT WORLD & tabii. I manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding—along with exit interviews and termination processes—while keeping everything aligned with legal frameworks.

Before that, at ACUN MEDYA HOLDING, I led end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding for fast-paced business units. I also ran executive search and headhunting for specialized and senior roles globally, and built university relations to support early-career pipelines.

At ARKAS LOGISTICS, I supported internal HR partnering across logistics and central operational departments. I worked on recruitment and onboarding, helped co-create training blueprints and talent programs, and served as a power user for the SAP HR module to streamline data integrity and reporting.

In my early career, I interned in HR at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Hospital and supported back office work at Eurocross Assistance Turkey. Together with my Labour Economics & Industrial Relations and Healthcare Management degrees, I focus on practical HR operations, structured processes, and usable reporting dashboards.
