What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale people processes across global teams, combining HR business partnering, employee relations, and full-cycle talent acquisition in a growing organization.

I've led HR operations for 90–100 employees across around 10 countries at Massive Bio, building global policies, coordinating payroll and compliance, and supporting performance and rewards cycles across the US, Europe, and OUS regions.

Across TDCX Europe, Delega Talent Solutions, and Codeshake, I've delivered full-cycle recruitment, managed employee relations casework, supported employee lifecycle processes, and advised managers on performance, absence, restructuring, and people decisions. My psychology background helps me build stakeholder trust and handle sensitive conversations with a behavioural perspective.

I'm comfortable creating people processes from scratch and scaling them across startup, scale-up, and corporate environments.
