At Imperial Brands PLC, I hold end-to-end responsibility for the local People & Culture function, aligning people priorities with business objectives and operational needs. I lead a three-person direct-report team and support leaders on workforce planning, organisational effectiveness and change management.
I oversee employee lifecycle processes, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning, engagement and performance. My remit also includes P&C budget oversight, workforce cost monitoring and external workplace service providers.
At Imperial Brands PLC, I’ve supported the implementation of global HR programmes and policies in local operations, taking Turkish legislation and business requirements into account. I also use Workday, ServiceNow and HR data to support process consistency, reporting and continuous improvement.
Earlier, I worked as an HR Generalist at Imperial Brands PLC and Çimentaş İzmir Cement Company, supporting recruitment, payroll inputs, employee relations and HR operations in manufacturing environments. I contributed to the global job grading and compensation framework alignment and supported the implementation of ServiceNow as an HR ticketing channel.
