I founded Fresh Talent and grew it into an agency representing over 2,500 actors and extras across New Zealand's film, television and advertising industries. I built its operations and talent management systems, and day-to-day management is now handled by an established team while I retain ownership.
At WGMI Labs, I partnered with the CEO to turn business objectives into action, overseeing a remote team of 15+ developers and designers and serving as the primary liaison for 40+ clients. More recently, I worked as Operations Manager at Aruna Talent and as Chief of Staff / EA to CEO at Content Rewards, supporting founders and coordinating operations, teams and projects.
