What I'm looking for

I'm looking to use my understanding of people and customer needs to create better experiences while developing my creative, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

At citizenM, I lead front desk operations for a high-volume newly opened hotel, create service standards and SOPs, and support guests from pre-arrival through post-departure. As a Systems Enthusiast and Marriott service champion, I improve front desk efficiency and help deliver high-standard guest experiences.

I've also managed reception and hotel operations at Stauntons on the Green and Kellys Hotel, from reservations, room allocations, and facilities coordination to recruiting and training teams. My work includes optimizing booking systems, implementing internal SOPs, and earning more than 30 positive guest reviews.

Alongside hospitality, I've delivered freelance art direction, graphic design, video production, and photography for agencies, companies, and independent clients. I've contributed creative work for beauty brands at Raí, visual content and video projects at Apto, and digital advertising assets at Teads.

I enjoy taking ideas from concept to execution, organizing moving parts, and finding simple ways to make work better. I'm developing ways to combine my creative side and understanding of customer needs with technology, strategy, and problem-solving.
